Blister on my gum
It was about three years ago, I found a blister on my gum in the down right side of my mouth. I visited a dentist in UK and he prescribed an antibiotic medicine for me. I took the medicine for two weeks. The blister had gone but came back again. It wasn’t hurt. If I didn’t check my mouth in the mirror, I didn’t know it was there. It didn’t bother me at all.
At the end of the last year, I visit my parents in Beijing. I then visited a dentist there as it was much cheaper to see dentist in Beijing than in UK. The dentist took an x-ray for me. It was a general check. However, the X-ray showed that the blister was still there. I then realised that it was there for over three years! The X-ray also showed that surrounding the blister, there was a big area of cloudy mass. It was a white colour comparing to the filling (solid black) and muscle (gray colour). The dentist was a young pretty lady. She told me that it was a difficult case and she had to discuss it with other dentists. She also told me that if I didn’t have this tooth pulled out, it would deteriorate and become more difficult for a dentist to deal with it.
I then happened to know a Chinese medicine book “A guild book of using your body”. I start to read it. My God, my mind was opened by the book. Mainly, it said that human body is a super self-defence system. All the illness is the sign of that the healthy cells fight with aliens - virus, bacteria and inflammation, etc. To keep a healthy body is to build and keep the energy to win the war over the diseases. I was so excited and I lent this book to other Chinese, but they were not excited about it at all. In fact, they don’t believe the most theory of the book. It is understandable as there are so many theories in the doesn’t agree with the concept of the modern sciences and modern medical knowledge.
The book also advises how one can keep health. Actually, it is not exercise only. IT IS SLEEP!!! It said that one should have more than eight hours sleep per week before 12:00am, which means that one must go to bed before 10:30 every day. For example, if one goes to bed at 10:00 pm every day, then one gains 14 hours of sleep before 12:00am per week.
It emphasises that if one goes to bed after 12:00 am, it doesn’t build up much energy or “health power” even though one has slept for over eight hours. For example, if one goes to bed at 12:00am and gets up at 8:00am, this sleep doesn’t build up much health power. This is very important concept. It is which hours of a day you sleep rather than how many hours you have slept.
I thought about my teeth. I questioned myself whether I should go to bed before 9:00pm everyday to get sleep and build up my health power. Let the healthy cells in my body to fight against the blister in the gum. I wanted to see whether my healthy cells can squeeze the inflammation out of the gum and eventually the blister could be disappeared from my gum for good?
I started my plan on 26th April and I didn’t eat any antibiotics. Today (22nd May, I can see that the fat blister in my gum is much smaller than it used to be and it is actually like an empty bag now. A track of blood and yellow liquid flowed out from a small hole on the gum. Wow, it worked and I will continue to keep my eyes on it.
